For the third year in a row, the season approaches for the rock ’n’ roll celebrity charity event known as Bowl for Ronnie. Taking place in Studio City, California, the bowling party’s proceeds benefit the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund. The event will feature teams of rockers, metallers, and on-air personalities, including a team led by Eddie Trunk, who is not only the official host of the event, but the first place winner in last year’s Bowl for Ronnie competition. Celebrity guests include Tom Morello, John 5 (both returning from last year’s winning team), Steven Adler, Lita Ford, and the members of Tenacious D, Mastodon, and Stone Sour.
