Opeth has just revealed the upcoming release of the 13th chapter in their discography, with In Cauda Venenum set to be out on Moderbolaget/Nuclear Blast Records this fall. In Cauda Venenum will be available in both Swedish and English language versions, and further details on the record, including the release date, will be announced soon. In the meantime, the band has plenty of dates lined up worldwide, including a festival appearance in the U.S. at Psycho Las Vegas this August. Thy Art Is Murder’s upcoming fifth studio record is set for a July 26th release via Nuclear Blast Entertainment, and the Australian Extreme Metallers have teamed up with Gear Gods to reveal a look at the first single and title track, “Human Target”, in guitar playthrough form, which you can check out right here. Human Target is available for preorder now via the Thy Art Is Murder website, and via iTunes here (affiliate link). Animals as Leaders recently announced their special upcoming 10th Anniversary Tour, as they prepare to celebrate a decade of their virtuosic Experimental Metal. Whitesnake is on the way to the release of Flesh & Blood, their brand new full-length set to be released via Frontiers Music Srl on May 10th. This week, the band has just revealed the second single off the record, following up on “Shut Up and Kiss Me” with “Trouble Is Your Middle Name”. L.A. Thrasher Warbringer have just announced an intensive co-headline tour of the U.S. and Canada coming up this Fall alongside Enforcer, as the two bands prepare to hit 54 shows in 54 days. The run kicks off in San Diego on September 5th, and wraps up on October 28th, with plenty of ground covered in all directions in between. In the meantime, Warbringer is currently in studio working on their next album, to be released on Napalm Records during the tour.
