Projected, a hard rock supergroup consisting of Sevendust guitarist and bassist John Connolly and Vinnie Hornsby, Alter Bridge/Creed drummer Scott Phillips, and Tremonti guitarist Eric “E-ROCK” Friedman, has signed to Rat Pak Records for their second album, Ignite My Insanity. Progressive Rock/Metal/Fusion band Cosmosquad recently released their first album in almost a decade, by the name of The Morbid Tango. This trio is made up of guitarist Jeff Kollman (who’s played with Glenn Hughes, Mogg/Way, ASIA feat. Life of Agony is back and fans have been waiting for this for quite some time…12 years to be specific. The Brooklyn Hard Rockers have a new album on the way, entitled A Place Where There’s No More Pain and two singles have been released so far – the title track and “World Gone Mad”.
