John 5 Announces New Album and 2017 Tour Dates

A new John 5 album is on the way, with a recently announced release date of March 3rd, 2017. The title will be Season of the Witch, and further details on the album remain to be announced, but a teaser trailer for the album and a photo of the album cover (above) have already been revealed. Lacuna Coil Prepare Metalheads for a Krampus-Themed Christmas

Lacuna Coil, the Italian Gothic Metal band, have released a new song and lyric video, just in time for Christmas…with a twist. The track is called “Naughty Christmas” and seems to be all about Krampus, the European folklore figure who is said to accompany the Jolly Old St. Nick at Christmastime to drag away naughty children. The growls of Andrea Ferro and melodies of Cristina Scabbia warn against “the animal coming to get all the children”, telling everyone to be good at Christmas “‘Cause nobody wants to be dragged by the Krampus”. Letters From The Fire have released a new lyric video, which premiered via New Noise, for a song off their debut album Worth The Pain. The song is “My Angel” and you can watch the video here. Hard Rock band Black Star Riders are set to release their third album Heavy Fire via Nuclear Blast Entertainment in early 2017. The band is currently working with Producer Nick Rasculinecz, who produced their second album The Killer Instinct, as they finish up recording the album in Nashville. Mötley Crüe and Sixx:AM bassist Nikki Sixx went live on Facebook today to announce his new Schecter “Mummy Sixx” collection of signature bass guitars.
