Final Dio Studio Albums to be Reissued

The final four Dio studio albums, released from 1996-2004, are about to get a reissue in 2020, via BMG and Niji Entertainment Group Inc. The newly reissued and remastered Angry Machines (1996), Magica (2000), Killing the Dragon (2002), and Master of the Moon (2004) will feature rare and never before released live and studio bonus tracks, with updated artwork to go along with it all. Sepultura has just finished recording a brand-new album, and the band officially announced this upcoming release during their show at Rock in Rio Festival last week. King Diamond has been giving hints and a taste of new music throughout Europe this summer, and has now announced plans for an album coming sometime in 2020. This will be King Diamond’s first studio album in 12 years, entitled The Institute, and the debut single is set to premiere this fall. BMG and Motörhead Team Up for the ’79 Campaign

BMG has big plans for Motörhead fans, as the Motörhead ’79 campaign kicks off this fall with a Deluxe Collectors’ Box Set. Created with the full cooperation and involvement of the estates of Lemmy Kilmister, “Fast” Eddie Clarke and Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor, the set will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Overkill and Bomber with new deluxe editions, both as hardbound bookpacks in two CD and triple LP format, as well as previously unheard concerts from the ‘79 tours, interviews, many unseen photos, and more.
