Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons – the Nuclear Blast-signees consisting of former Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell and his three sons, plus a vocalist who doesn’t share the last name of Campbell – are on their way to releasing their debut full-length as of this week. They’ve just entered the studio to begin recording the album this week, and there’s not too many details to reveal just yet in these early stages, but according to Phil Campbell, “We have spent the last few days at the legendary Rockfield studios in Wales, soaking up the atmosphere and getting inspired! We hope to finish recording by late September with an early 2018 release in mind.
