Destruction is getting ready to unleash the 17^th chapter in their lengthy German Thrash discography this summer, with Born To Perish set to be out on August 9^th via Nuclear Blast Records. The first single off the record has just been revealed this week in visualizer video form – check out “Born To Perish” via the Nuclear Blast official YouTube Channel right here. Frontman Schmier says of the track, and of the band’s latest additions to their lineup: “The title track was the first song we wrote for the new record and it definitely shows the strength that DESTRUCTION has in 2019. It immediately set the bar high for the rest of the album. It features everything that we stand for: speed, picking, variety and punch. Randy came up with some very cool drum patterns and Damir offered up a really crunchy solo part, so both new members are heavily involved here!” Schmier, of course, refers to drummer Randy Black and guitarist Damir Eskic, the most recent additions to the long-running band.
