Avantasia is preparing to unleash their highly-anticipated eighth studio album in just two weeks, as Moonglow is set for a February 15^th release on Nuclear Blast Records. The Tobias Sammet-fronted five-piece has plenty of guests in store for Moonglow, including some returning from previous records, such as Geoff Tate (who informed Metal Magnitude of his involvement with the band during an interview last year), Ronnie Atkins (Pretty Maids), Michael Kiske (Helloween), Jørn Lande (ex-Masterplan), Eric Martin (Mr. Big), and Bob Catley (Magnum). Moonglow will also feature a few new collaborations, including with members of Blind Guardian, Kreator, and Blackmore’s Night.
