Mordatorium Unleashes New Album

Chicago Metallers Mordatorium have just released a new record, consisting of original material in the vein of the classic Death Metal that inspires them. Formed in 2007, Mordatorium has been through some changes over the course of their past releases, but locked in a new lineup late last year in light of Obsessed With Death. Third Annual Bowl for Ronnie Officially Announced

For the third year in a row, the season approaches for the rock ’n’ roll celebrity charity event known as Bowl for Ronnie. Taking place in Studio City, California, the bowling party’s proceeds benefit the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund. Thy Art Is Murder have just unleashed their fourth studio album as Dear Desolation is officially out today. Moonspell Reveal Album Details and Cover Art

Moonspell is adding a historical touch to their discography as they prepare for the release of 1755 on Napalm this fall. Bringing their heritage to the forefront, the Portuguese band is creating a work based on the story of the Great Lisbon Earthquake which took place in the title year, entirely in their native language. Toronto-based record label Artoffact Records has just announced the worldwide deal signing of Vancouver up-and-comers Dead Quiet. The Heavy Metallers made their debut with a self-titled record in 2015, and now the signing with Artoffact is sure to bring another album for the band, which is already in the works with details to be revealed sometime in the near future.
