Kobra and the Lotus to Release “Prevail II”

Almost one year after the release of the first part of Kobra and the Lotus’ Prevail series of records, the anticipation for part two is rising. Prevail II will make for the fifth studio album from the Canadian Hard Rockers while bringing the two-part series to a close, and it’s set for an April 27th release on Napalm Records. Riot V Announce Upcoming Studio Album

Classic New York Heavy Metallers, recent Nuclear Blast Records signees, and now Hall of Heavy Metal History inductees Riot V have just announced the release of their sixteenth studio album. Entitled Armor of Light, this addition to the band’s lengthy discography is set for an April 27th release, and according to longtime member Don Van Stavern, “This next offering will please long time fans and create new ones, as the material is fresh and Power Metal at it’s finest”. W.A.S.P. To Release “Reidolized”

W.A.S.P. has lately been revisiting one of their classic releases, their 1992 fifth studio album known as The Crimson Idol. As last year marked its 25th Anniversary, the band embarked on the Reidolized tour, all the while getting ready for The Crimson Idol’s re-recording and release in 2018. Dimmu Borgir to Release First New Album in Eight Years

Black Metal fans have been feeling the absence of Dimmu Borgir for many years, at least on the studio album front. But just in time for 2018 marking the band’s 25th Anniversary, a new record is on the way. Entitled Eonian, the tenth full-length from Dimmu Borgir is set to be released via Nuclear Blast on May 4th, but you won’t have to wait that long to hear what’s up their sleeves.
